Whether its a simple pole or footer foundation structure, Loyalty has you covered. Custom home building is our long term goal as we have a few houses in the medina area under our belt as seen above.

Excavation/Grading

Basic grading to advanced site preparation, all aspects of excavation/demolition, culverts, Water diversion, drainage systems, basement waterproofing, land clearing and much more.

Septic Systems/Sewer Repair

If its a failing system that needs properly collapsed/repaired and new installed we are OHIO STS CERTIFIED to do so. We install a variety of systems based on permitting county's recommendations and location.

Concrete

We offer a wide range of concrete services including stamped concrete, flatwork driveways/sidewalks, patios, footings, aprons/roadways, and vertical concrete systems.

Masonry

Ranging from outdoor living areas, paver overlay patios, outdoor kitchen, fireplaces/firepits, water features retaining walls, Stone work, and standard block foundation walls.

Lawn installation

From the beginning phase of soil conditioning/rock hounding, to the actual install, we have you covered. We offer hydroseeding, traditional seed/straw, and Sod installation.

Trucking and Supply Yard

We offer A full supply yard of the finest outdoor material stock, and trucking service for private hire.

-Landscape boulders

-Limestone (1&2s, 57 limestone, 304s, 411s, 10s, 8s)

-Dyed mulch (black, brown, and red)
